The director shall publicize the availability of moneys to be used for the purposes of sections 660.530 to 660.545. The director shall request, on forms prescribed by him, such information as he determines relevant and necessary to the evaluation of each application. The director shall solicit comments on the application from other concerned agencies such as the designated area agency on aging, the local division of family services office, the local department of health and from other groups concerned with the needs of the elderly or children.
