Mo. Rev. Stat. § 660.535 – Public and private organizations eligible for grants — two or more may join for purposes of program

1. Public and private not-for-profit organizations and corporations shall be eligible for purposes of application for grants provided for in sections 660.530 to 660.545 subject to any rules or regulations promulgated by the director. Two or more organizations may join together for the purposes of sections 660.530 to 660.545.
2. General business corporations, public and private, and not-for-profit corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, associations, and sole proprietorships shall be eligible for purposes of application for grants provided for in sections 660.530 to 660.545 subject to any rules or regulations promulgated by the director. Two or more organizations may join together for the purposes of sections 660.530 to 660.545.
