Penalty for violations

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 307.020 to 307.120 shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of an infraction. The term "person" as used in sections 307.020 to 307.120 shall mean and include any individual, association, joint stock company, copartnership or corporation.
