Violations of sections 217.575 and 217.580, penalty
Effective Aug 28, 1982(L. 1982 H.B. 1196 § 104)
Any person who knowingly refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of sections 217.575 and 217.580 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
