Mo. Rev. Stat. § 215.355
The department of social services, the participating cities and the Missouri housing development commission shall consult and collaborate on issues involving funding and implementation of the workfare renovation project established in sections 215.340 to 215.355 to help ensure the success of the pilot project sites in meeting the objectives of the workfare renovation project.
