Possession of ephedrine, penalty

1. It is unlawful for any person to possess ephedrine, its salts, optical isomers and salts of optical isomers or pseudoephedrine, its salts, optical isomers and salts of optical isomers with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine or any of its analogs.
2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class D felony.
