Mo. Rev. Stat. § 170.151
If at any time any publisher enters into any understanding, agreement or combination to control the prices or to restrict competition in the adoption or sale of school books, or if the statements required of the publisher by sections 170.131 and 170.141 are untrue in any respect, then the attorney general shall institute and prosecute legal proceedings for the forfeiture of the bond of the publisher and for the revocation of his authority to sell school books in this state, and all contracts made by the publisher under this law shall thereupon become null and void at the option of the other parties thereto.
