The township board of directors shall meet at the office of the township clerk for the purpose of transacting such business as may be by them deemed necessary, triannually, on the third Wednesday after the first Tuesday in April, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in July, and on the third Monday of November of each year, and at such other times as the interest of the township may require.
