Mo. Rev. Stat. § 128.346
The districts established by the provisions of sections 128.345 to 128.366 for the election of representatives to the Congress of the United States, beginning with election to the 103rd Congress, shall replace and supersede the congressional district report as filed by the United States District Court for the western district of Missouri with the secretary of state of Missouri on January 7, 1982.
