The Missouri minority business advocacy commission, as established pursuant to section 33.752 shall, in addition to providing the governor with a plan to increase procurement from minority businesses by all state departments as provided in subsection 2 of section 33.752, also provide to the general assembly the findings of such plan and provide details of any recommended legislation that may be needed to carry out the provisions of the plan. The commission shall submit the plan and recommended legislation to the general assembly within six months of delivery of the original plan to the governor.
