Mo. Rev. Stat. § 21.835
Consistent with its comprehensive review of the Missouri criminal code, the joint committee on the Missouri criminal code, as established by senate concurrent resolution no. 28 as adopted by the ninety-sixth general assembly, second regular session, shall evaluate removal of offenses from the sexual offender registry which do not jeopardize public safety or do not contribute to the public's assessment of risk associated with offenders.
