Retirement systems, state and local to cooperate

Viewing an earlier version · effective Sep 28, 1983View current - 1. All state and local public employee retirement systems shall cooperate with and assist the committee in the performance of its duties and shall make available all books, records and information requested.
- 2. The committee may subpoena witnesses, take testimony under oath, and compel the production of records.
