- 1. The revisor of statutes may sell copies of the laws and resolutions, not required by this chapter to be distributed without charge, at actual cost of printing and binding, as determined by the secretary of state, plus the cost of delivery and the money received therefor shall be paid to the director of revenue and deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the statutory* revision fund.
- 2. The revisor of statutes shall also supply the clerk of the circuit court of each county order blanks in a number sufficient to meet the public demand. The blanks may be used by the public to order copies which shall be sold by the revisor of statutes as provided in subsection 1.
