The complete printed copies of laws, resolutions, constitutional amendments and measures when printed and bound shall be delivered to the revisor of statutes who shall distribute copies without cost in the same number and to the same officers, institutions and agencies who are entitled to copies of the Revised Statutes of Missouri under section 3.130, RSMo.
