PURPOSE: This rule states that the public employer shall furnish the board with a list of employees.
(1) The public employer shall furnish to the board a current list of all employees in a proposed or agreed-upon bargaining unit. The list of employees must be submitted prior to or as a first order of business of any scheduled hearing.
