PURPOSE: This rule describes the validity of showing of interest.

(1) The showing of interest submitted pursuant to 8 CSR 40-2.030 and 8 CSR 40- 2.040 shall not be furnished to any of the parties. The chairman shall determine the adequacy of the showing of interest and such decision shall not be subject to collateral attack at a hearing.
