Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 5, § 50-860.100
PURPOSE: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has the authority to receive and expend federal funds for educational programs and to establish rules for the administration of the programs in accordance with controlling federal statutes and regulations. This rule sets forth the provisions governing programs operated under Title III of the Goals 2000: Educate America Act which Congress enacted in March 1994. This rule incorporates by reference the Goals 2000: Educate America Act Applicant’s Guide.
