This rule details state and local responsibilities, as outlined in 7 CFR part 250, which are used to administer the Food Distribution Program. Specific areas in this rule include availability of donated foods, eligible reci. pi&s, disposition of damaged or out-ofcondition foods and obligations and responsibilities of states and recipient agencies which enter into agreement with food processors.
