PURPOSE: This rule details state and local administrative responszbdltles for determining eligibility for free and reduced price meals and free milk in schools.

This rule details state and local responsibili. ties, as outlined in 7 CFR part 245, which are used to determine ehg.lb&ty and establish procedures for extending free and reduced price meals and free milk to eligible children from economically needy families.
