PURPOSE: The State Board of Education is authorized and directed to

. cooperate with the secretary of agriculture in the administration of the National School Lunch Act. This rule establishes the regulations for the establishment, maintenance, operation and expansion of nonprofit school lunch prOgVXTlS.
