PURPOSE: This rule requires each public school district’spreuious amount per eligible pupil to be calculated in the Same manner. -. In calculating the minimum guarantee, effec tive with the 1991-92 school year, the amount received per eligible pupil for the previous year should be determined by dividing the amount received the previous year by the number of eligible pupils on which the state aid was based.
