Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 4, § 85-5.060 – Preliminary Application Evaluation—Input from Local Elected Officials

PURPOSE: This rule clarifies the application considerations set forth in section 253.559.3(1)(d), RSMo.

(1) For purposes of evaluating a preliminary application for tax credits pursuant to section 253.559.3(1)(d), RSMo, the department shall evaluate the following criteria:
1. (A) Committed amount of local incentives to the project; and
2. (B) Signed letter of support from the chief elected official of the jurisdiction where the project will be located.
