(2) In determining an applicant’s qualifications for a senior landscape architect’s examination, the applicant shall-
- (A) Have a baccalaureate degree in landscape architecture or the equivalent;
- (B) Possess satisfactory training, as defined in 4 CSR 196.5.010(3);
- (C) Possess and document at least sixteen
(16) years of pertinent design, supervisory and/or administrative experience in the field of landscape architecture. (The written Uniform National Examination (UNE) was offered by the Council of Landscape Architectuud Registration Boards (CLARB) in 1976.);
- (D) Request the council exempt him/her from the UNE.
- (3) The council shall review each request and notify the applicant concerning any further information regarding the examination.
(4) This examination will include, but will not be limited to:
- (A) A review of a portfolio of work;
- (B) A review of letters of reference from related professionals; and
- (C) An oral intemew conducted by at least two (2) members of the council.
- (5) Following the examination, successful applicants shall be recommended to the council for registration.
(6) Each applicant whose application has been denied shall be notified, in writing, of the council’s decision.
