PURPOSE: This rule provides guidelines for registration of landscape architects-in-training and landscape architectural students.
- (1) Any graduate of an accredited school of landscape architecture, who is under the supervision of a registered landscape architect, registered architect or registered professional engineer, may apply to the council for registration as a landscape architect-in-training.
- (2) No individual registered in this state pursuant to 4 CSR 196-11.010(1) shall use the name or title landscape architect, landscape architecture, landscape architectural or LA unless accompanied by the words in training.
- (3) Any individual enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited school of landscape architecture may apply to the council for registration as a landscape architectural student.
- (4) No individual registered in this state pursuant to 4 CSR 196-11.010(3) shall use the name or title landscape architect, landscape architecture, landscape architectural or LA unless accompanied by the word student.
- (5) Applications shall be typewritten on forms provided by the council and shall be accompanied by the required fee.
