PURPOSE: This rule provides for registration of corporations, partnerships, associations, and limited liability companies.

1. (1) No corporation, partnership, association or limited liability company shall use the name landscape architect, landscape architectural, landscape architecture or LA in this state unless registering with the council.
2. (2) The corporation, partnership, association or limited liability company annually shall submit an application to the executive director of the council, on forms provided by the council, and shall be accompanied by the required fee.

3. (3) The corporation, partnership, association or limited liability company shall list on the form—

   1. (A) The names of all officers, directors and partners;
   2. (B) The individual employed by the corporation, partnership, association, or limited liability company who is a registered landscape architect in responsible charge of all landscape architectural work. The words in responsible charge shall mean the person in direct control, supervising activities of the business pursuant to these described in section 327.600(5), RSMo. The landscape architect shall be a full-time employee of that corporation, partnership, association, or limited liability company; and
   3. (C) Other relevant information as required by the council.
4. (4) Any change in the information contained on the application required by this section shall be reported on a form provided by the council and submitted to the executive director of the council within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the change.
