PURPOSE: This rule establishes working definitions for the implementation of sections 327.600–327.635, RSMo.
(1) As used here, unless the context requires otherwise—
- (A) Council means the Landscape Architectural Council;
- (B) Department means the Department of Economic Development;
- (C) Division means the Division of Professional Registration of the Department of Economic Development;
- (D) Landscape Architect means any person registered pursuant to sections 327.600–327.635, RSMo;
- (E) Director means the director of the Division of Professional Registration;
- (F) Executive director means the person employed by the division to administer and coordinate council affairs;
- (G) CLARB means the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards;
- (H) UNE means Uniform National Examination as developed and recognized by CLARB in 1976; and
- (I) Complaint means the written document filed with the council against a landscape architect alleging certain circumstances which may constitute one (1) or more violations of the provisions of sections 327.600–327.635, RSMo. The complaint the council files with the Administrative Hearing Commission seeking a determination that a landscape architect’s certificate of registration is subject to discipline shall be specifically referred here as an Administrative Hearing Commission complaint.
