PURPOSE: This rule establishes the form of the affidavit required to be filed monthly pursuant to sections 374.760, RSMo.

1. (1) The Affidavit form set forth as Exhibit 1 of this rule shall be filed between the first and the tenth day of each month by each general bail bond agent in order to comply with the provisions of section 374.760, RSMo.
