PURPOSE: This rule defines the terms used in this chapter.

1. (1) The following definitions, as well as those set out in section 700.010, RSMo, and 4 CSR 240-127 apply to this chapter:

   1. (A) Application means an application for a seal;
   2. (B) Replacement seal means a seal which has been issued to replace a lost, mutilated, or otherwise unserviceable seal or approved insignia; and
   3. (C) Seal as defined by section 700.010, RSMo includes replacement seal.
