PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the reporting requirements of each health carrier found in section 354.606, RSMo, H.B. 335, 1997, to file its selection standards for all participating providers.

1. (1) Every health carrier, including its intermediaries and any provider networks with which it contracts, shall file with the director annually, on or before March 1, a complete copy of all selection standards and any modifications thereto, for the selection of participating providers, participating primary care professionals and participating health care professional specialties.
2. (2) Every health carrier shall make the information required to be reported by this rule available directly to all licensed health care providers upon request. The information required to be filed by this rule shall be deemed a public record.
