PURPOSE: This rule sets forth with greater specificity the enrollees who are entitled to written disclosure information. This rule is promulgated pursuant to section 354.485, RSMo, and implements section 354.442.1, RSMo.

1. (1) Definition. As used in this rule, a household means those persons who dwell under the same roof and are covered by the same policy.
2. (2) If a household includes more than one (1) enrollee, a health maintenance organization is only required to provide one (1) written disclosure to that household.
