PURPOSE: This rule sets fees of original

1. (4) Effective April 1, 2008, the following

issue, biennial renewal, transfer, reinstatefees shall be paid for the 2008 renewal of ment, reissue or replacement of a lost, licenses expiring June 30, 2008 and destroyed or stolen license of an individual September 30, 2008: broker, salesperson, broker-salesperson, partnership, association, corporation, broker-partner, broker-associate or broker-officer.

1. (1) An application fee of fifty dollars ($50) in addition to the original issuance fee shall be paid upon original application for a broker or salesperson license to defray the expense of processing and investigating the application.

2. (2) The following fees shall be paid for original issuance:

   1. (A) Broker, Inactive Broker, Broker- Part ner, Broker-Associate, Broker-Officer or Broker-Salesperson
3. (B) Salesperson
4. (C) Partnership, Association, Corporation or Professional Corporation
5. (D) Nonresident Broker, Inactive Broker, Broker-Partner, Broker-Associate, Broker- Officer, Broker-Salesperson, Partnership, Association, Corporation or Professional Corporation
6. (E) Nonresident Salesperson
7. (A) Broker, Inactive Broker, Broker- Partner, Broker-Associate, Broker-Officer or Broker-Salesperson
8. (B) Salesperson or Inactive Salesperson
9. (C) Partnership, Association, Corporation or Professional Corporation
10. (D) Delinquent Fee (per month or partial month elapsed since date of expiration not to exceed a maximum delinquent fee)
11. (E) Nonresident Broker, Inactive Broker, Broker-Partner, Broker- Associate, Broker-Officer, Broker- Salesperson, Partnership, Association, Corporation or Professional Corporation
12. (F) Nonresident Salesperson and Inactive Salesperson
