PURPOSE: This rule establishes that fees are to be paid by cashier’s check or money order and sets a penalty for unpaid checks. The term of licenses and the no-refund policies and are established.

1. (1) All fees shall be paid by personal check, cashier’s check or money order made payable

   1. (3) The following fees shall be paid for

to the Missouri Real Estate Commission. All renewal of licenses: fees are nonrefundable.

1. (2) No license fee or portion of the license fee will be refunded should any license be surrendered, suspended or revoked during the term for which the license is issued.
