PURPOSE: This rule regulates the criteria for maintaining prelicense course records.

1. (1) Within ten (10) days of the completion of the course, the course provider shall submit to the commission on a form prescribed by the commission a list of those students who have satisfactorily completed the course. The commission, at its discretion, may extend the ten (10)-day period.
