PURPOSE: This rule sets the fees of original issue and annual fees.
- (1) An application fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) shall be paid upon original application for certification or licensure to defray the expense of processing and investigating the application.
(2) The following fees shall be paid for original issuance and renewal of certificates or licenses:
- (A) Initial Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Fee
- (B) Initial Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Fee
- (C) Initial-Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Fee
- (D) Certified General Real Estate Appraiser Renewal Fee
- (E) Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Renewal Fee
- (F) Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Renewal Fee
- (G) Delinquent Renewal Fee (per month not to exceed a maximum of $600)
- (H) Reissuance of a Certificate or License, or Replacement of a Lost, Destroyed or Stolen Certificate or License Fee
- (I) Reissuance of a wallhanging certificate, or replacement of a lost, destroyed or stolen wallhanging certificate
- (J) Six (6)-Month Extension Fee
- (K) Temporary Practice Permit (valid for six (6) months)
- (L) Letter of Good Standing (per letter)
(M) Fingerprint Background Check Fee—Determined by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) or its approved vendor 20 CSR 2245-5
- (N) Continuing Education Course Approval Fee (per course) $ 25
- (O) Continuing Education Course Renewal Fee (per course) $ 10
- (3) All fees are nonrefundable.
