PURPOSE: This rule outlines the procedure and requirements to apply for licensure as a private investigator trainer.

1. (1) An application for licensure pursuant to section 324.1108, RSMo, shall be submitted on the form which may be obtained by contacting the Board of Private Investigator Examiners.

2. (2) A completed application for licensure must be typewritten or printed in black ink, signed, and notarized, including information pertaining to the private investigator trainer, and shall include:

   1. (A) The appropriate licensure fee pursuant to 20 CSR 2234-1.050;

   2. (B) A statement detailing one (1) year of supervisory experience with a private investigator agency, together with any supporting records such as:

      1. 1. Employee evaluation; or
      2. 2. Letter from a subordinate or supervi-

sor;

1. (C) A statement of the plan of operation of the training offered by the applicant and the materials and aids to be used; and
2. (D) Other information required by the board.
