PURPOSE: This rule defines requirements for transferring North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination scores to Missouri.

1. (1) An applicant applying to take the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) in another jurisdiction may have the score transferred to Missouri by completing the NAPLEX score transfer form supplied by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). To be eligible for score transfer, the applicant must have achieved a minimum passing score of seventy-five (75) on the NAPLEX. The applicant shall complete all required score transfer forms and pay any applicable fees as established by NABP.
2. (2) A score transfer applicant shall apply for and shall be required to comply with all applicable licensing/application requirements as otherwise established by Chapter 338, RSMo, and 20 CSR 2220-7.010 through 20 CSR 2220-7.090.
3. (3) A NAPLEX score transferred to Missouri shall only be deemed valid for a period of five (5) years.
