PURPOSE: This rule fixes the compensation for the members of the State Board of Pharmacy in compliance with the mandates of section 338.130, RSMo (1986).

1. (1) Each member of the State Board of Pharmacy shall receive as compensation the sum of fifty dollars ($50) for each day that member devotes to the affairs of the board.
2. (2) In addition to the compensation fixed in 20 CSR 2220-1

this rule, each member is entitled to reimbursement of his/her expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of his/her official duties.

1. (3) No request for the compensation provided in this rule shall be processed for payment unless sufficient funds are available for that purpose within the appropriation for this board.
