PURPOSE: This rule outlines the procedures in conducting an investigation.
- (1) Upon receipt of a complaint in proper form, the division/council may investigate the actions of the registrant or applicant against whom the complaint is made. In conducting an investigation, the division/council, in its discretion, may request the registrant or applicant under investigation to answer the charges made against him/her in writing and to produce relevant documentary evidence and may request him/her to appear before it. 20 CSR 2193-6
