PURPOSE: This rule establishes the per-diem amount for members of the Advisory Commission for Physician Assistants pursuant to section 334.749, RSMo.
- (1) Each member of the commission shall receive as compensation the sum of fifty dollars ($50) for each day that member devotes to the affairs of the board.
- (2) No request for the compensation provided in this rule shall be processed for payment unless sufficient funds are available for that purpose within the appropriations for this board.
