PURPOSE: This rule establishes the per diem amount for members of the Advisory Commission for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists pursuant to section 345.080, RSMo. (1) Based on the authority granted by the legislature, there is hereby created an Advisory Commission for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists to be composed of seven (7) members to be appointed by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

1. (2) Each member of the commission shall receive as compensation the sum of fifty dollars ($50) for each day that member devotes to the affairs of the board.
2. (3) No request for the compensation provided in this rule shall be processed for payment unless sufficient funds are available for that purpose within the appropriations for this board.
