PURPOSE: This rule establishes the various fees which the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts is authorized to collect in administering Chapter 334, RSMo. Under the provisions of Chapter 334, RSMo, the board is directed to set by rule the amount of fees which Chapter 334, RSMo authorizes not to exceed the cost and expense of administering Chapter 334, RSMo.

1. (1) The following fees are established by the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, and are payable in the form of a cashier’s check or money order:

   1. (A) Licensure by Examination Fee $50
   2. (B) Reciprocity License Fee $50
   3. (C) Temporary License Fee $10
   4. (D) Renewal of Certificate of Registration Fee (personal checks acceptable) $50
   5. (E) Delinquency Fee (failure to timely file application for renewal of certificate of registration) $20
   6. (F) Fee for obtaining endorsement of board scores $25
   7. (G) Continuing Education Extension Fee (personal checks acceptable) $50
   8. (H) Reinstatement of an Inactive License Fee $50
   9. (I) Returned Check Fee $25
2. (2) All fees are nonrefundable.
3. (3) All fees shall be drawn on a United States bank.
4. (4) The provisions of this rule are declared 20 CSR 2150-3

severable. If any fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission.
