PURPOSE: This rule explains that the use of the term “final disposition” in Chapter 333, RSMo, and sections 436.400 to 436.525, RSMo, relating to preneed, shall be consistent with the definition of the term in Chapter 193, RSMo.

1. (1) For purposes of Chapter 333, RSMo, and sections 436.400 to 436.525, RSMo, relating to preneed, final disposition is defined in accordance with the definition contained in section 193.015(3), RSMo.
2. (2) Use of the term final disposition in Chapter 333, RSMo, and sections 436.400 to 436.525, RSMo, relating to preneed, is consistent with its use in Chapter 193, RSMo.
