PURPOSE: This rule explains hearing and review provisions.
- (1) Right to a Hearing. Any person denied a certificate of registration (license) for any school, shop or similar establishment or denied a license to practice his/her occupation(s) under Chapter 329, RSMo (1986) or these regulations shall have a right to administrative review and judicial appeal as provided in Chapter 621, RSMo (1986).
