PURPOSE: This rule establishes hearing and review provisions.

1. (1) Right to a Hearing. Any person denied a certificate of registration (license) for any school, cosmetology establishment or similar establishment or denied a license to practice his/her occupation(s) under Chapters 328 and 329, RSMo, or these regulations, shall have a right to administrative review and judicial appeal as provided in Chapter 621, RSMo.
