Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 20, § 2085-12.030
PURPOSE: This rule establishes general requirements for barber school curriculum and teaching (instructor) requirements.
(1) Missouri barber schools shall provide a minimum of one thousand (1,000) hours of training over a period of not less than six (6) months. Apprenticeship training in Missouri shall provide a minimum of two thousand (2,000) hours of training for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
