PURPOSE: This rule defines terms used in 20 CSR 2065.
- (1) Applicant—an individual submitting an application for a certificate of authority.
- (2) Committee—the Endowed Care Cemetery Advisory Committee.
- (3) Division—the Division of Professional Registration.
- (4) FDIC—Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
- (5) Office—Office of Endowed Care Cemeteries.
