PURPOSE: This rule outlines the various fees charged as authorized by sections 436.218–436.272 and as amended by SB 1122 2004.

1. (1) The following is a schedule of fees for initial licensure and renewal:

   1. (A) Application Fee $70
   2. (B) Renewal Fee $70
   3. (C) Fingerprinting Fee (As determined by the Highway Patrol)
