PURPOSE: This rule establishes and fixes various fees and charges authorized by Chapter 327, RSMo.

1. (1) The following fees are established by the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects:

   1. (A) Architectural Application Filing Fee—Comity $200
   2. (B) Architectural Application Filing Fee—Examination $100
   3. (C) Professional Engineer Application Filing Fee—Comity $200
   4. (D) Professional Engineer Application Filing Fee— Examination $100
   5. (E) Land Surveyor Application Filing Fee—Comity $200
   6. (F) Land Surveyor Application Filing Fee—Examination $100
   7. (G) Land Surveyor Missouri Specific Examination $100
   8. (H) Landscape Architect Application Filing Fee—Comity
   9. (I) Landscape Architect Application Filing Fee—Examination
   10. (J) 327.391 Application Filing Fee
   11. (K) Engineer Intern Application Filing Fee $ 10
   12. (L) Land Surveyor-in-Training Application Filing Fee
   13. (M) Individual Renewal Fee
   14. (N) Individual Reactivation Fee
   15. (O) Individual Reinstatement Fee
   16. (P) Individual Relicensure Fee
   17. (Q) Corporate Application Fee
   18. (R) Corporate Renewal Fee
   19. (S) Corporate Reinstatement Fee
   20. (T) Corporate Reauthorization Fee
   21. (U) Certification Fee
   22. (V) Duplicate Certificate License Fee
   23. (W) Architectural Routing Fee $ 25
   24. (X) Insufficient Funds Check Charge
   25. (Y) Evaluation of Non-Accredited Engineering Degrees
2. (2) Fees for photocopying and research shall not exceed the actual cost of the document search and duplication pursuant to section 610.025, RSMo.
3. (3) The provisions of this rule are declared severable. If any fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission.
4. (4) In addition to the fees established in section (1) of this rule, the applicant shall pay the company or organization selected by the board to administer and/or score any required examination(s) such fee as is determined by agreement of the board and the selected company or organization to be appropriate.
