PURPOSE: This rule adopts the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying examination for engineers. Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects
- (1) The Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects, having reviewed past examinations of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) on engineering, finds that the examination meets the requirements of section 327.241, RSMo and, pursuant to the discretion vested by this statute, does adopt the examination prepared by that organization as that of the board as fully as if the board had prepared the examination, with modifications as the board deems proper. The board reserves the right to revoke this approval at any time and to prepare and administer the examination as it deems proper.
