PURPOSE: This rule prohibits admission to the architectural examination of a candidate who has an application pending in another state, unless the candidate has moved to Missouri since filing his/her original application.

1. (1) No person shall be admitted to the examination for licensure as an architect if s/he has an application pending for initial licensure in another state, unless the applicant has FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION

changed his/her residency to Missouri since filing the original application.
